These Terms of Use govern the registration and use of the RAWCaptureBooth customer portal operated by Thomas Michael Mueller.

2. Portal account

• You must provide truthful registration data and keep it up to date.
• Access credentials must be kept confidential and protected against unauthorized access.
• Each account is intended for its authorized user or organization only.

3. Permitted use

• The portal may only be used to manage devices and services that are assigned to your account.
• Remote commands, messages and configuration actions may only be triggered for legitimate operational and support purposes.
• You must not use the portal to interfere with systems, overload the infrastructure or access data of other users.

4. Availability and changes

The portal is provided as part of the associated service offering. Features may be adjusted where this is necessary for security, technical stability or further development.

5. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended temporarily or permanently if there is a justified suspicion of misuse, security risks, false registration data or a significant breach of these Terms.

6. Liability

Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected. Otherwise, liability is limited to intent, gross negligence and the breach of essential contractual obligations, in each case within the legally permitted scope.
